A community of services

URLA is a recently established nonprofit that combines the 80 years of aggregate experience of the two principals (Cedric Farmer and Steve “Whitney” Robertson). We are dedicated to serving our community with our family of service and experience working with notable Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). Our community engagement and outreach are designed to improve the quality of life in our local communities.

We utilize our management skills and leadership to develop pathways and systems that inform, mentor, and deliver those necessities to positively impact our residents. Our shared lived experiences and interaction with South Los Angeles residents have enabled us to take a needs-based approach to find solutions to issues impacting their community.
